Peter has spent a lifetime involved in sport and exercise. Formally as a professional athlete himself and then latterly as an exercise specialist and personal trainer. Over his 26 years of coaching he has lead and supervised in excess of 50,000 coaching hours.
He currently hold 43 certifications (and counting) in exercise, sport and fitness. He is passionate about using his knowledge for the betterment of the lives of all those that work with him.
His accumulated knowledge and experience has enabled him to design truly unique exercise classes and programmes that achieve exceptional results.
