Exercise Bristol takes Nordic Walking classes to the next level with its weekly Nordic Walking Fitness Classes.Nordic Walking is the fastest growing exercise modality in the world. 

Nordic Pole Running (NPR)


Nordic Pole Running (NPR) is a new iteration of its more widely know Nordic Walking. With NPR you engage up to 40% more major muscle groups when compared to traditional running/jogging. So if you're a runner take a leaf from the cross country skier and run with us.

Functional Fitness (FF)


Functional Fitness (FF) Classes are a moderate intensity class that are designed to build fitness capacity in the key movement patterns. This class will help with stability, balance, coordination, strength and mobility.

Cardio Tennis


Cardio Tennis is a great new way of getting and staying fit that involves a mixture of all action games, drills and skills. It is so much fun that you’ll soon forget that you’re also having a great workout. It is literally putting the fun back into fitness. 

Walking Tennis


Walking Tennis is the latest addition to the walking sports party. This slower version of the game is ideal for beginners or those who thought their tennis days were behind them.


 Peter is an excellent Nordic Walking instructor. He is very professional and knowledgeable and his classes are most enjoyable as well as instructive: we work hard, learn loads and also have fun - what more could you ask for? (N.B.) 

 Personal approach to long term health and fitness ,  applied to my specific needs. Arthritic hip notwithstanding , He concentrates on a holistic approach I have not found with other personal trainers I have had in the past.
I look forward to stress free  sessions with Peter which are always enjoyable, and certainly effective. 

 Peter is a very knowledgeable coach who will adapt to your needs and work hard to get the best out of you.  He is also great fun to work with! Highly recommended. 

 Peter has been a great help in overcoming problems with an old  shoulder injury .He tailors the session carefully to my needs and always brings an element of fun to my time with him. He is great at adapting the work out to the circumstances and is almost evangelical about Nordic Walking. I feel really fortunate in having such a great resource on hand. 

 Peter is very knowledgeable and has taught me a lot, he tailors each session to what I need 

 Pete was very good and showed me strengthening exercises to do to help with a injury I've recently had a few times whilst running.
